Beginner Friendly Pilates Challenge
Welcome to the Beginner Pilates Challenge! You'll need a mat, a resistance band and a large bath towel. There are 8 classes in this challenge. Aim for 2–3 classes a week and do them in the order listed, since each one builds on the last. Take rest days whenever you need them. This program will help you build a strong foundation for your practice, one that supports you on the mat and in your everyday life. By the end, you'll feel stronger, more energized and ready to keep going. Listen to your body as you go. Modify when you need to, and ease off any exercise that feels like too much. I'm so happy you're here, and I can't wait to guide you! Christine
This program is designed to help you build a strong foundation in your practice which will help set you up for success both on and off the mat in your every day life. Remember to modify when needed, listen to your body and ease off any exercises if they feel too challenging.
